Utah Playset Builders specializes in assembling residential playset and shade structure kits. The majority of these kits are bought from big box stores that our customers have pre-purchased.
No we only assemble pre-purchased playset or shade structure kits. We do however work closely with our clients to understand their kit build preferences and location ideas.
We use the materials only that come with your playset or shade structure kit. We find that most kit materials are recycled plastic, treated wood or galvanized steel, this is to ensure that the playsets are safe, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly. You may want to use soft surfacing materials such as rubber mulch or rubber tiles to provide a safe landing surface for falls.
The duration of the project depends on the size and complexity of the playset or shade kit. For most residential playset or shade kits, it takes us 1 maybe 2 days to assemble and install, including site preparation. However, we always strive to complete the project as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality.

No we don’t. Payment is required after installalation. We accept cash, checks or Venmo.
For our build quality yes, but if its manufactured related, we do not. Additional fees may apply if we arrange to come out for maintenance and repair services to ensure that your playset stays in good condition and meets safety standards. Our team can inspect your playset for any wear and tear or damage, and perform necessary repairs to keep it safe for use.
Safety is our top priority. We are sure to follow the exact requirements for base foundation and build quality per the manufacture recommendations.
Not normally, as most playset kits are not built with accessibility needs. If you do find a kit that has this included, we can absolutely build it.
